A mixed martial arts fighting warrior has been murdered by gatecrashers in the US territory of Florida, police say.
Aaron Rajman was lethally shot amid Monday night’s evident home intrusion in the beach front city of Boca Raton.
Palm Beach County sheriff’s office says a battle broke out after a gathering of suspects entered the 25-year-old featherweight’s home.
Mr Rajman passed on from discharge wounds. The aggressors, whose rationale is right now obscure, fled in a vehicle.
Dave Zalewski, a Miami battle promoter, told the Sun-Sentinel daily paper: “I’m only truly speechless. Everybody I conversed with is sickened.
“He was the most humble person around, he never spoke awful about individuals.”
Neighbor Luciana Silva told nearby news station WPEC-TV that in a matter of seconds before his passing the casualty addressed her kids to wish them an upbeat Independence Day.
Aaron Rajman was an observant Orthodox Jew
Mr Rajman, an Orthodox Jew, was known for entering the field wearing tzitzit and a yarmulke.
Positioned 26th in his class in Florida, he made his expert MMA make a big appearance three years prior and had a 2-2 record, as indicated by MixedMartialArts.com.
As a beginner, Mr Rajman won eight battles and lost one.
“He was extremely solid in his confidence, and he was a decent individual,” Rabbi Zalman Bukiet told nearby news station, WPTV.
“This was an extraordinary young fellow who showed at least a bit of kindness of gold.
“It’s a disaster and greatly agonizing for them and excruciating for everyone that knew him.”
A post on the MMA South Florida Facebook page read: “The world lost another warrior today. Tear Aaron Rajman. You will be remembered fondly.”
