Disney has filed a new permit with the South Florida Water Management District featuring ground-level layout plans for the new Disney Vacation Club Tower at Polynesian Village Resort. DVC News shared the plans with unique highlights showing the various rooms.
The first image shows the private 2 bedroom villa next to the lock-off 2 bedroom villa. The master bedroom with bathroom is outlined in blue at the end of each villa. The living area and kitchen are surrounded by central greenery. The second bedroom is outlined in red on the opposite side of the master bedroom. Rockoff Villas can be booked individually as one large room or as a one-bedroom and deluxe studio.
DVC News notes that the kitchen layout is similar to layouts used at recent DVC additions, including Disney's Riviera Resort and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
A close-up shows the two-bedroom villa's three full bathrooms. The light blue area at the top of this image is the main bathroom with dual vanities, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The lower pale pink area is the second full bathroom off the villa's living room area. These villas also have his third bathroom connected to his studio locked off.
Here, there are two one-bedroom villas side by side on the ground floor. Again, the master bedroom is outlined in blue and the living space is shown in green. There are slight differences in the bathroom layouts of these rooms, suggesting that one is an accessible room.
Finally, the layout shows two Deluxe Studios (outlined in red) and a Duo Studio (outlined in purple). The Duo Studio is designed for two of his guests with a pull-down queen size murphy bed.
