Jank Components V3 idlers feature a modular design with a focus on durability. Replaceable forged steel chainrings from SRAM allow you to easily replace your idler with an inexpensive replacement chainring for around $15-20 USD. The V3 idler features M4 stainless Torx hardware and a steel backplate. This design allows for both 16-tooth and 18-tooth variations, making it compatible with all of his Forbidden bikes, as well as Norco Shore and Range, and other custom frames designed around these idlers. Is possible. If there is demand, Cannondale and GT could be made interchangeable. The V3 idler is made in Germany in collaboration with Minh Nguyen.
The included custom mounting hardware utilizes a secondary O-ring seal to prevent water from reaching the bearings. Idler kits are available in silver or black with X-sync or X-sync 2 tooth profiles.
The idler kit includes a free “race” chain guide for the Forbidden Druid V1 and V2.
