Further improvements to Windows Spotlight

This includes full-screen image previews, multiple opportunities to learn more about each image, and a minimized experience. To open the Windows Spotlight experience, right-click the Spotlight icon on your desktop. You can also double-click the icon to launch a Bing landing page directly to view detailed information about each image.

Changes and improvements
[General]
- If a camera streaming issue is detected, such as the camera failing to start or the camera shutter closing, a pop-up dialog will prompt you to launch an automatic help troubleshooting tool to resolve the issue. Recommended.
[Windows Copilot]
- Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel who are logged in and managed by AAD (soon to be Microsoft Entra ID) will notice that Windows Copilot Preview is no longer available in this build. Snap layout suggestions to help you instantly snap multiple app windows.of the app[最小化]button or[最大化]Launching the layout box by hovering over the button (or WIN + Z) displays app icons in different layout options and helps recommend the best layout option. [Settings]
- We fixed a bug that could cause instability and disabled the new settings homepage in build 23506 last week. We have begun rolling out the new Settings homepage again to our development channel insiders.
