Microsoft today released a new Beta Channel build for Windows Insiders. The new build (22635.3130 in KB5034218) is pretty major in that it brings multiple changes and improvements.
This build introduces updated UEFI Secure Boot certificates and begins unrolling selected users from the beta channel using the “Stop getting preview builds” option. This is done through an in-place upgrade. There are also several other bug fixes.
As for functionality, there are suggestions for snap layouts. The complete changelog is below.

[Snap Layouts]

[General]
- From today's beta channel flight:[設定]>[Windows Update]>[Windows Insider Program]Windows Insiders in the beta channel who turned on the toggle to unenroll their device and “Stop getting preview builds” will start receiving in-place upgrades that remove their device. The device will be taken out of flight. This in-place upgrade installs Windows 11 version 23H2 with the latest service updates available to retail customers. Please note that unenrolling your device from flighting in the beta channel will result in the loss of some features that are not yet available to retail customers. However, your personal data will still remain. Going forward, if you choose to unenroll your device through this process, you will receive an in-place upgrade to opt out of flighting in the beta channel. Please note that to enable this experience, you must first update to build 22635.3130 (or later) in the beta channel.
[Widgets]
- The new settings experience for widgets, which began rolling out to the beta channel in early December, also introduced the ability to further customize the widget board experience, including the ability to temporarily disable it and then start deploying it again.
Fixes for everyone in the beta channel

This issue affects any Extended Security Management Environment (ESAE), Hardened Forest (HF), or Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployment.

- This update resolves an issue that affects the display of smart card icons. The icon is not displayed when signing in. This occurs when the smart card has multiple certificates.
- This update resolves an issue where the device shuts down after 60 seconds. This occurs when using smart cards for authentication with remote systems.
- This update addresses a known issue that affects BitLocker data-only encryption. Mobile device management (MDM) services such as Microsoft Intune may not be able to retrieve the appropriate data. This occurs when you use the FixedDrivesEncryptionType or SystemDrivesEncryptionType policy settings in BitLocker Configuration Service Provider (CSP).
- This update addresses an issue that affects Trusted Platform Module (TPM). Certain devices did not initialize properly. Because of this, TPM-based scenarios no longer work.
